Significantly, this milestone represents the business exceeding a strategic target set by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in 2020, demonstrating the success of Kane Group’s long-term growth strategy. This ambition includes strengthening its position as a trusted MEP partner for large-scale projects across various sectors including residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, life sciences, and education.

At the recent company staff briefings the Kane teams came together under the company’s “One Team” value to celebrate success and align around the 2030 strategy.

Health & Safety remains at the forefront of all company activity, with Kane Group continuing to exceed its targets for 2025/2026.

Key initiatives include:

Looking ahead, the company plans to grow its workforce by 36% across 2026 and 2027, supporting the next phase of expansion. This growth is underpinned by continued investment in infrastructure, including a new 20,445 sq. ft. offsite manufacturing facility extension designed to support future-ready engineering solutions.
